Happy 5th Birthday Morris
I can’t believe Morris is 5 years old today.
How on Earth have I survived 5 years of this kid?
Don’t get me wrong, I love him dearly, but seriously, we’re talking about a kid who shares the same birthday as Naomi Campbell.
Imagine all the “temperament issues” associated with her in the press, but in a little potty mouth, kung fu fighting, slurpie drinking, 5 year old male version.
I must admit, my little Gemini has undergone quite a positive transformation in his massive 5 years here. I am so proud of him for his many accomplishments. Here are the most noted:
1. He’s a very good and gentle big brother (at least when I’m looking).
2. He’s respectful and a good listener with his teachers (as long as they agree with him).
3. He’s a loyal and loving son.
4. Being the youngest and smallest boy in his preschool class, he has gone from being the sensitive underdog that was picked on most often to……..well, Naomi Campbell.
5. He knows how to use the following words appropriately: idiot, jerk, and shit.

They grow up way too fast. Believe me, each year slips by before my eyes. Enjoy every minute of their lives, as it will be gone before we know it. Hope the big guy has a great birthday!!

Thanks for all the well wishes. I think Mo had the best birthday for many reasons. 1. He totally gets the whole birthday concept. 2. He got to experience it with his little brother. 3. He had a party with his whole preK class at a new frozen yogurt place.
